This function designs and builds the sales capabilities the Services team needs to effectively realize its revenue growth potential, while simplifying current sales support activities to enable the team to spend more time selling with clients.We partner closely with multiple teams to:-Drive operational intelligence and efficiency-Improve productivity-Simplify sales workflows*Role OverviewThe manager will play a key role in understanding and identifying areas to improve operational excellence across the different DealDesk workstreams. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that helps design, define, and measure impact.*Key Responsibilities:• Develop a strong understanding of our business environment• Engage with Workstream leads and act as an Internal Consulting partner to understand pain points related to their operational processes• Identify solutions to the pain-points using logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and leveraging better use of data and technology• Where appropriate, identify processes that can be Centralized• Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements using system enhancements, Operational automation, or process changesAll About You:• Structured problem-solver with attention to detail • Strong proficiency in ETL and Visualization tools such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to create structured analyses, clear presentations, and professional documentation• Exposure to process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio) or workflow design concepts• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to listen, align, and influence• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, enable effective multitasking, and operate at a high pace in a demanding environment• Flexible to collaborate across global time zonesCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
