Why this role is importantAs part of the consulting function, this role drives execution of large-scale, enterprise-wide strategic programs. This role will support the portfolio manager in effectively managing the portfolio of programs, creating efficiency in execution and building a best in class change consulting function.Who we are looking forAs a Consulting Program manager, you will play a critical role in delivering programs required to deliver our strategic priorities.This position requires a program manager with a proven track record of owning, driving, and managing successful outcomes associated with complex programs in a dynamic, and time-driven environment that requires risk-based decision-making and effective execution.Driven, ambitious individual looking to advance their career in ConsultingPurpose of RoleThe Program Manager is responsible for project managing and driving the execution and delivery of change across the Consulting portfolios. This broad portfolio includes strategic, regulatory, business transformation delivering business outcomes across the enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Management: Deliver a portfolio of key change initiatives, with front-to-back ownership of the full project lifecycle.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with programme sponsors and partners across business lines and infrastructure, ensuring sustainable and cohesive programme delivery.Oversight Framework: Establish and monitor an effective oversight framework to ensure issues and risks are appropriately identified, escalated, and resolved.Business Knowledge: Build technical and operational business knowledge to support business understanding and the impact of change management processes on BAU (Business as Usual).Communication Strategy: Define a robust communication strategy and provide transparency around delivery progress to all key stakeholders.Project Management Tools: Utilize key project management tools and techniques, maintaining document artefacts to a high standard to meet project demands.Meeting Leadership: Prepare and lead key project meetings, including steering committees and working groups.Team Development: Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the team as a change center of excellence.What we valueExperience delivering high-profile complex change programmes in a financial institutionStrong written and verbal communicationObjective and results drivenVery strong attention to detail and accuracySuccessful track record in problem-solving and successful implementationExperience with project management protocols and governance standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to multi-task and work under pressureAbility to anticipate challenges and opportunitiesAbility to influence without direct reporting linesUnderstands how to motivate and develop staffNegotiating skills/stakeholder managementSalary Range: $110,000 - $188,750 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
