What are we looking forWe are seeking an Application Support professional to provide L2/L3 support for SSIM investment applications across Client Reporting, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Portfolio Management domains. This role will focus on ensuring production stability, deal with major incidents, and supporting SSIM business users across APAC.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support & Incident ManagementProvide L2/L3 support for investment management platformsAttend the Major Incident callsLead incident triage, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of production issuesAct as escalation point for high-severity incidents and ensure effective stakeholder communicationMonitor system health, batch processing, and data flows to ensure trading readinessSupport APAC users IT related requestsProcess Improvement & GovernanceEnhance monitoring, automation, and support processesContribute to BCP/DR readiness and operational risk mitigationRequirements:5+ years of experience in Application SupportStrong knowledge of Investment Management domainStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsStrong SQL SkillsFamiliarity with enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Autosys, monitoring platforms, Citrix)Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage critical incidentsExcellent stakeholder communication, including senior business usersProven ability to drive cross-team collaboration and continuous improvementStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAbout State StreetAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
