This role will sit in Krakow, operating at the intersection of client data, market intelligence, and advanced analytics—helping turn data into actionable insights that drive distribution, product strategy, and commercial outcomes.Reporting to the Head of Client Data Solutions, this individual will lead a team of analytics engineers, data analysts, and business intelligence developers. The role will focus on activating client and market data, scaling intelligence capabilities, and ensuring outputs are directly tied to measurable business impact such as flows, market share, and client engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strong data expertise, commercial orientation, and a product mindset, helping the firm move from descriptive reporting toward embedded decision intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp drive the markets intelligence and client data strategy, aligning outputs to business priorities across the organizationLeverage predictive analytics techniques (e.g., flows forecasting, client behavior insights) to enhance forward-looking decision-making, ensuring outputs are practical and embedded into business workflowsDrive innovation in advanced analytics, including use of AI/ML, generative AI, and automation to enhance insight generation and deliveryTranslate client, flows, and market data into clear, actionable insights and signals that drive decision-making across distribution and product teamsLead and develop a Krakow-based hub of analytics engineers, analysts, and BI developers, establishing a high-performing, scalable delivery model aligned to global prioritiesSupport integration of internal and external data sources (client holdings, flows, engagement data, market data, and third-party datasets) into curated intelligence productsPartner with stakeholders to convert strategic business questions into production-ready analytical and data solutions adopted across the organizationEnsure analytics outputs are delivered through intuitive, high-impact formats (dashboards, tools, and decision-support products) tailored to end usersDefine and track KPIs that measure the value of analytics and client data, including adoption, decision impact, and commercial outcomes such as flows and retentionEnsure strong governance, data quality, and transparency across all datasets and analytical outputsQualifications7–12 years of experience in analytics, client data, markets intelligence, or advanced analytics roles, ideally within asset management or financial servicesStrong domain knowledge of asset management markets, distribution channels, and client dynamicsExperience working with diverse datasets, including client, market, product, and third-party data sourcesProven ability to translate data into clear insights and measurable business outcomes (e.g., improved flows, targeting, retention)Leadership experience managing teams, with the ability to scale and develop analytics and data capabilitiesWorking knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, ML models), with an ability to apply them pragmatically in a commercial contextHands-on technical fluency across analytics tools (SQL, Python, visualization platforms, cloud environments)Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and incremental deliveryHighly organized, with the ability to operate in fast-moving, global environmentsMinimum Salary:​zł282,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
