Own end-to-end program governance: use-case inventory, risk tracking, OKRs, milestone management, and executive reportingDrive cross-pillar coordination across Core Engineering, Products, Data/Knowledge, and Science teams to ensure aligned deliveryManage budgets, funding asks, and hiring pipeline trackingFacilitate Agile delivery cadences — sprint planning, release management, retrospectivesOwn stakeholder communication: status reports, leadership decks, board-level updates, and readiness reviewsTrack and escalate dependencies with external partners and internal platform teams (Cloud Engineering, Security, IAM)Manage the PODs onboarding pipeline and delivery playbook Maintain the program RAID log and drive risk closure rate and roadmap adherence KPIsRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in technology program management, preferably in financial services or asset servicingDeep fluency in Agile/SAFe delivery models, portfolio-level planning, and OKR-based governanceStrong executive communication skills — ability to craft board-level narratives and influence senior leadershipFamiliarity with AI/ML program delivery lifecycles, including model governance, evaluation, and deployment pipelinesExperience with JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent program management toolingPMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferredAbout State StreetAcross the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
