Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:ED Patient Case Manager RN (Onsite)Shift/Hours:-Full Time DAY and NIGHT shifts available-Mix of 12 hour and 8 hour shifts available (FLEXIBLE)Position Summary:MercyOne Trinity is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator to support patients across the care continuum.
