As a nurse in this department you will assist the cardiovascular team throughout the procedure from prep through recovery.We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state of IllinoisBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association and ACLSMinimum 1 year of nursing experience preferably in Critical Care or Cath LabIf take call, must be able to arrive to the hospital within 30 minutesWhat You’ll Do:As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.About This Location:Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center’s history spans 100 years of caring for the community in the heart of Lakeview in Chicago, IL.
