Department:13438 Enterprise Corporate - Financial Planning : WIStatus: Full timeBenefits Eligible:YesHours Per Week:40Schedule Details/Additional Information:Hybrid Role - M-F DaysPay Range:$99.75 - $159.60Major Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership for Enterprise-wide laboratory financial operations, including financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, costing, profitability assessments, capital planning, compliance and internal controlsDevelop and implement standardized financial processes for Enterprise lab that improve efficiency, scalability, and consistencyAssess and identify lab billing and revenue optimization opportunities to further strengthen long-term financial sustainabilityPartner with executive and operational leaders to align financial plans with organizational objectives and growth plansCollaborate and integrate with teams across Enterprise including Financial Operations, Accounting, Decision Support, Labor Management, Legal, Compliance, Revenue Cycle, IT, and Managed Care ensuring organizational alignmentProvide financial support to Laboratory Business Development and Client Support teams including Lab Outreach Client pricing, profitability assessments, and fee schedule updates supporting client retention and Sales Team growth plansOversee the preparation of financial records and provide support for regulatory and tax filings.Develop and maintain financial planning tools and financial models that support informed decision-makingPerform human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee engagementResponsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization's business.Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:None Required.Education Required:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field requiredMaster's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) strongly preferredExperience Required:Typically requires 15 years of experience in finance or accounting. Includes 10 years of management experience in financial operations management.Clinical laboratory experience is strongly preferredHealthcare experience highly preferredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:Comprehensive understanding of healthcare financial structures, revenue streams, forecasting methodologies, and cost management strategiesProven track record of driving financial performance, operational improvement, and revenue optimization initiativesExperience leading within complex healthcare systems or multi-entity organizations strongly preferredProficiency with healthcare financial systems, decision support tools, revenue cycle platforms, and analytics technologiesStrategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilitiesExceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skillsAbility to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of leadershipStrong business acumen with a data-driven decision-making approachHigh level of integrity, accountability, and professional presenceForward-thinking leader with the ability to anticipate industry trends and organizational needsPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.Exposed to a normal office environment.This position requires travel so the incumbent will be exposed to weather and road conditions.This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
