Oversees the department budgets, operations, staffing resource management, environment of work, continuous quality improvement, policy and procedure implementation, and long-range planning. Ensures compliance and efficiency and facilitates program development to ensure high-quality patient care, while meeting the needs of the medical center, physicians, patients and employees.
