We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health!Organization:SCAH-Sutter Care at Home - ValleyPosition Overview:Performs pharmaceutical procedures for medications and Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOs) preparation and distribution of pharmaceuticals. Prepares, compounds, packages, labels, and dispenses medication, nutritional products, IV admixture and solutions, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) according to policies, United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 797 and 800 guidelines, state/ federal regulations, and accreditation organization standards. Assists with medicine and supplies inventory management and control, including maintaining adequate stock levels, checking accuracy of pricing, and completing required regulatory documentation.
