What You'll Do
Troubleshoot and support electrical and control systems across production lines Work with PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and industrial automation equipment Partner with maintenance and operations teams to resolve equipment issues and improve performance Lead and support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and equipment uptime
Required
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent hands-on experience in industrial electrical, controls, or automation environments Understanding of electrical systems, controls, automation, or industrial equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Desire to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment
Preferred
Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), drives, HMIs, or industrial controls Manufacturing experience through internships, co-ops, military service, or previous roles Experience troubleshooting electrical or automation systems
