Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish) – Light Industrial Staffing MSI Recruiting is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support one of our manufacturing clients in the Greater Columbus, Ohio area. This individual will be embedded onsite and serve as the primary recruiting partner for high-volume light industrial hiring needs. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and has experience recruiting within manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or light industrial settings. The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is required. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and light industrial positions.Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.Build and maintain relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking candidates.Partner directly with client leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.Conduct onboarding, orientation, and new hire support as needed.Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and workforce trends.Ensure a positive candidate experience while representing both MSI Recruiting and our client professionally.Provide regular hiring updates and workforce insights to client leadership.Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or light industrial environments.Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).Experience managing high-volume hiring initiatives.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
