Other responsibilities include greeting visitors and routing them to the appropriate locations, answering phones, and serving as a resource for general inquiries for patients and students. Along with that, this individual will perform office duties including handling of incoming/outgoing mail, ordering of supplies, arranging meetings, scheduling of classrooms, maintain appointments, and composing correspondence and reports requested by the department.
