Become a part of our caring community The Market Finance Lead will play a critical role in driving analytics regarding IDN (Integrated Delivery Networks) and PCP (Primary Care Providers) risk negotiations. This role is inclusive of collaboration with corporate strategy, markets, actuarial, and operations. This role includes assistance in financial modeling, relationship management, and communication of such results that drive decision making.The Market Finance Lead will report to the Director, Data Science, focusing on the following responsibilities:Serve as the primary finance lead for assigned markets/focus areasOwn end‑to‑end financial support for IDN and PCP risk negotiationsLead complex scenario analysis and large‑scale model adjustmentsTranslate enterprise models into market‑specific financial narrativesPartner with market presidents, contracting, and network strategy leadersSet analytic priorities and manage multi‑deal demandProvide direction, review, and coaching to support analysts and associatesRepresent finance in market‑level strategy discussions and escalationsUse your skills to make an impact  Required QualificationsBachelor's degree8 or more years of technical experience2 or more years of project leadership experienceExperience advising senior leadership on financial strategiesPrior experience developing methods and criteria for measuring and summarizing data for complex analysesAbility to lead and manage special projects that may necessitate cross-functional partnershipsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of information related to provider analyticsHospital / PCP Risk BackgroundCodingAdditional InformationThis is a remote position.Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $104,000 - $143,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
