The team is responsible for producing high-quality, client-ready proposals that clearly demonstrate CVS Caremark’s ability to deliver measurable value through cost management strategies, innovative clinical programs, and member engagement solutions that drive improved health outcomes.CVS Caremark leverages a differentiated suite of capabilities to help plan sponsors manage pharmacy spend while supporting members on their path to better health.This role is part of the Proposal Operations team and supports the execution of proposal-related activities across the organization. The position may also expand to full proposal management responsibilities.(The candidate who fills this role will need to work until 6PM CST daily)Operational SupportCoordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholdersDevelop timely, accurate responses to proposal-related inquiriesScope proposal opportunities and recommend resource assignmentsTrack and manage proposal workflows using internal systemsSupport reporting, analytics, and departmental initiativesContribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement effortsTrain new team members on tools, processes, and best practicesProposal Management (as applicable)Manage end-to-end proposal development for RFPs and related deliverablesFormat proposals in accordance with CVS Caremark brand and marketing standardsDevelop responses using approved, SME-validated content repositoriesLead and facilitate strategy discussions with key stakeholdersCustomize content to align with client-specific needs and requirementsEstablish timelines and ensure adherence to all milestones and deadlinesConduct final quality reviews and oversee submission deliveryThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong ownership and accountability for assigned workAbility to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detailWorking knowledge (or ability to develop knowledge) of PBM products, services, and sales strategiesEffective communication skills across all levels of the organizationStrong organizational and project management capabilities, including managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgencyFlexibility and openness to evolving processes and innovative approachesAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyRequired Qualifications0-2 years of professional experience.1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated ability to manage and organize projectsPreferred QualificationsProposal and/or project management experienceFamiliarity with Medicare Part D programs (e.g., EGWP, MAPD, PDP) and PBM industry terminologyExperience with proposal tools (e.g., Qvidian) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)EducationBachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare, or related field)Equivalent professional experience may be consideredAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
