In this role, you will be involved in working at the intersection of AI tools, internal communications, and program operations inside a fast-moving enterprise software company. You will support a portfolio of content strategy across all programs and initiatives. Your core job is to take raw inputs and turn them into clean, clear, audience-ready outputs, faster and better than could be done without you. As well as support the design of how AI supports content maintenance and management. In this role, you will also be responsible to: Support the design of our internal content strategy  Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to transform and polish our communications and documentation strategy  Build and maintain enablement documents, checklists, and operational trackers Support Asana project management across an active portfolio Synthesize research and cross-functional inputs into structured briefs and slide narratives Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills Currently pursuing a degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or similar in a practical context Strong written communication skills with a clear, direct style Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple workstreams at once Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics Proactive mentality, with the ability to see the big picture and make recommendations on how to improve the details and gaps in between  Strong advocacy skills Confidence to hold stakeholders accountable to deliverables  #LI-NJ1 (REQ ID: 2838)
