This executive will act as a critical member of both the business leadership teams and the People Leadership Team, representing the voice of the business in shaping enterprise people strategy and driving key organizational priorities. The role will have strategic influence across a broad range of people disciplines, including talent management, workforce planning and total rewards, all with the goal of enabling business performance and accelerating organizational outcomes.The VP, CFS & Venmo People will partner closely with senior executives to align organizational and talent strategies with business objectives, while serving as a trusted advisor on leadership, culture, and organizational effectiveness. This individual will lead complex, enterprise-scale people initiatives from strategy through execution, working in close collaboration with People Centers of Excellence to deliver impactful, scalable solutions tailored to the needs of the business. Responsibilities will include executive coaching, organizational design and transformation, succession planning, talent management, and leadership team effectiveness.
