It serves as a critical engine for enabling capability building, leadership development, and culture activation across high-growth, strategically important markets.Leading a global team of senior Talent Solutions Leads, the Director builds a high-performing solutioning organization that delivers fast, scalable, and business-relevant outcomes beyond the global program catalog.
