It serves as a critical engine for enabling capability building, leadership development, and culture activation across high-growth, strategically important markets.Leading a global team of senior Talent Solutions Leads, the Director builds a high-performing solutioning organization that delivers fast, scalable, and business-relevant outcomes beyond the global program catalog. The role operates with strong enterprise influence, shaping demand, driving prioritization, and ensuring focus on the highest-impact work.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Operating Model LeadershipDefine and continuously evolve the global and regional talent solutions delivery model, including clear frameworks for when to deploy custom vs. standardized solutionsTranslate enterprise talent priorities into scalable regional execution strategies, ensuring alignment and measurable impactEstablish governance, engagement models, and prioritization frameworks with Talent Partnering, People COEs, and business leadersIdentify recurring patterns across regions and convert insights into scalable frameworks, playbooks, and reusable solution architecturesInfluence enterprise thinking on how talent solutions are designed, deployed, and scaled across the organizationEnterprise-Level Team Leadership & Capability BuildingLead, coach, and develop a global team of senior solutioning leaders, building a high-performing, agile, and consultative organizationSet and uphold high standards for solution quality, speed, innovation, and business relevanceDrive capability building in strategic consulting, experience design, AI-enabled solutioning, and systems thinkingBuild organizational depth, succession pipelines, and leadership capability within the teamEstablish strong operating rhythms, performance management, and accountability frameworksRegional Impact & Executive Business PartnershipPartner with Talent Partnering leaders, Country People Leaders, and senior business executives (VP+) to shape demand and align to highest-impact prioritiesDirect resources and solution investments toward hyper-growth markets, transformation initiatives, and critical capability gapsEnsure solutions deliver measurable impact in capability building, leadership behavior change, and culture activationInfluence stakeholders to prioritize strategic solutioning over transactional or low-value requestsSolution Innovation, Scale & AI EnablementLead the transformation of solution design and delivery through adoption of AI-enabled and digital-first approachesEstablish scalable solution architectures, tools, and templates to enable rapid and repeatable deployment across regionsDrive continuous innovation in how talent solutions are created, delivered, and measuredEmbed data-driven and predictive approaches to improve solution effectiveness, personalization, and scalabilityGovernance, Focus & Strategic ExecutionEstablish and enforce clear scope boundaries to ensure focus on high-value, customized solutioningDefine prioritization mechanisms to allocate resources toward the most impactful business needsDrive strong execution discipline, including outcome tracking, impact measurement, and continuous improvementEnsure alignment with enterprise frameworks while enabling flexibility, speed, and local relevanceOther ResponsibilitiesPartner with Transformation and Values teams to drive enterprise culture and leadership behavior activation at scaleAccelerate adoption of enterprise platforms (e.g., LXP) by embedding them into regional solutionsStrengthen solution impact measurement, analytics, and ROI visibilityProvide escalation support and strategic oversight for high-risk or high-visibility initiativesIdentify emerging trends and capability gaps to inform future talent strategy and solution developmentChampion enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled solutioning approaches within talent and learningLeverage AI and data insights to enhance decision-making, prioritization, personalization, and scalabilityDrive development of AI-enabled tools, frameworks, and workflows across the teamEnsure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI in all talent solution activitiesCandidate Profile / Job RequirementsMinimum Required Qualifications / ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)15+ years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational effectivenessSignificant experience leading global or multi-region teams, including leadership of senior practitioners or leadersProven track record of driving enterprise or multi-region outcomes beyond local executionDemonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior business leaders (VP+ level)Must Have Technical / Functional SkillsDeep expertise in instructional design, adult learning, experience design, and talent solution architectureStrong experience building scalable talent solution models, operating frameworks, and delivery systemsStrong understanding of en
