In this role, you will ensure the appropriate staffing and resources are in place to develop mission systems and software for technology development and transition into production applications.You will be responsible for mentoring technical leads and team members, as well as coordinating with customers and key suppliers. This position involves developing and executing integrated plans, policies, and procedures, while contributing to business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.This role requires frequent interaction with managers and external representatives regarding projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and contractual clarifications.
