Together, we will build a foundation of innovation and reliability that empowers Boeing to soar to new heights.Position Responsibilities:Maintains a production first mindset, ensuring holistic Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) support to enable Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Programs to deliver safe quality airplanes on time to our customersCollaborates directly with our BCA production program counterparts at all levels to understand problems or initiatives and represent the business or function within IT to engage the right resources, explore alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time qualityPartners with IDT&S product leaders, BCA functions and BCA Business Partners to ensure continuous alignment with enterprise and business unit prioritiesProvides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or functionIdentifies potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address themDemonstrates the Boeing Values and Behaviors to strengthen organizational culture and remove roadblocksBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience within Information Technology1+ years of experience managing multiple high-volume, complex, concurrent projects1+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership1+ years of experience with problem solving production issues within a factory setting1+ years of experience with Factory Technology Integration1+ years of experience working with mechanics (i.e. airplane) and related functions to solve technical issues1+ years of experience with light scripting (e.g., Python, Powershell, Bash) to automate routine tasks, data flows between systems, and improve system reliabilityPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience within Information TechnologyBachelor's Degree or higher in Information TechnologyExperience working on complex projects with large teams to execute requirements that include engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and qualityExperience implementing a range of IT products in support of a variety of functions: engineering, manufacturing, quality, and/or supply chainConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
