Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience in a specialized field.- 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience with a master's degree, or no experience required with a PhD. Relevant experience can be:Focus on driving operational improvements. Managing performance and building effective teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Preferred Qualifications: -4+ years of experience in any of the following:Lean manufacturing principles and techniques. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
