The individual will serve as a strategic consultant, guiding clients on optimal product selection, plan design, and solution strategies that align with their business needs.This client-facing role is pivotal in delivering a best-in-class experience that drives retention and growth of the MPS book of business. The position owns the end-to-end management of client accounts, spanning intent gathering, project planning, setup case submission, implementation, and seamless transition to the account management team. Success in this role depends on strong collaboration and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution and alignment with client expectations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, excels in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong customer-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designsConsult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needsCoordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverablesEnsure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectivesManage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailAdapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational prioritiesOperate with a high degree of autonomy while appropriately escalating risks or issuesRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementationMinimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administrationProven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client deliveryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage large volumes of complex information under tight deadlinesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight from leadershipPreferred Requirements:Excellent written and verbal skills communication skillsAbility to multi taskEducationBachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professionalAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
