The role will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive data-driven insights, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Automation & Digital InitiativesLeverage AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate) to improve finance processes and reportingAbility to applying AI/automation tools for financial analysis and reportingBuild and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BIFind opportunities to digitize and streamline finance workflowsSupport ERP data management and system-related activitiesStay updated on emerging finance technologies and support pilot initiativesReporting, Planning & AnalysisPrepare monthly MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysisSupport financial modeling, product costing, and scenario analysisDevelop management presentations and financial summaries for leadership reviewsMaintain financial dashboards, trackers, and reporting templatesSupport CapEx tracking and ROI analysis for ongoing projectsGovernance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance requirementsSupport internal and external audits through documentation and analysisMaintain strong internal controls and proactively highlight exceptionsAssist in creating and maintaining SOPs for finance processesInterested party ManagementPartner with Finance, Tax, Operations, and IT teams for data and reporting needsSupport leadership (SLT) reviews and business updatesAssist in coordination with auditors and government authoritiesSupply to cross-functional initiatives and new project implementationsCost & Capital ManagementTrack and analyze cost optimization initiatives across operationsSupport preparation of capital investment proposals and ROI analysisMonitor budget vs. actuals and provide actionable insightsGrant Management & Compliance (Support Role)Assist in grant applications, claims, and utilization reportingMaintain audit-ready documentation for government incentivesTrack achievements, disbursements, and compliance conditionsCoordinate with internal teams and authorities for submissions and queriesMinimum RequirementsChartered Accountant (CA) – required3–5 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or auditStrong expertise in MS Excel (advanced functions, data analysis)Solid understanding of Power BI or similar visualization toolsExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)Solid understanding budgeting, and variance analysisKnowledge of internal controls, audits, and compliance frameworksStrong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with automation tools (Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Query)Exposure to financial modeling, costing, and project financeExperience in manufacturing / semiconductor / project-driven environmentStrong Power BI skills (DAX, data modeling, dashboarding)Experience in CapEx tracking and ROI analysisKnowledge of grant management / government incentive schemesFamiliarity with Indian regulatory environment (GST, Companies Act)Ability to drive improvements in execution, SOPs, and automation initiativesSelf-starter with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple prioritiesAbout Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
