Senior Financial Cost AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Financial Cost Analyst to join the P8 Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) team in Renton, Washington.In this exciting role, you'll be at the center of a high-performance production environment, partnering with manufacturing, business operating and program leadership.Position Responsibilities:Leads integration and analysis of Labor forecasts for programsDevelops complex performance reportsLeads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of financial performance to senior managementMakes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experienceLeads development of complex strategic and operating plans as it relates to integrated resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) forecastLeads the development of complex business casesDrives continuous improvement in program financial processes, forecasting accuracy, and financial controlsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field3+ years of experience performing financial analysis3+ years of experience with estimates of completion (EACs,) forecasting, resource planning, and cost managementExperience in building strong business relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in Long-Range Business Planning (LRBP), Estimates at Complete (EAC), Earned Value Management (EVMS), or cost performance analysisExperience in estimating, contracts, pricing, or proposal developmentExperience in the ability to lead financial analysis for complex programs or projectsExperience in strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
