This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts. This role will require 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.                  As a Customer Marketing Specialist for our Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICT) portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and executing the value proposition for our target customer audience, from generating insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience.Role and Responsibilities:Support the planning and execution of meetings and engagements related to ICT physician engagement, including Innovation Forums, Advisory Boards, Conference Connects, VIP Site Visits, and other strategic programs.Coordinate meeting logistics and operational needs, including scheduling, payments, communications, and ad hoc leadership support.Support and maintain business-critical processes and systems related to ICT physician engagement.Partner closely with the Professional Services team to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability, helping ensure consistent and elevated physician experiences.Promote continuity in relationship management with physicians by maintaining knowledge of key preferences, engagement history, and evolving needs over time.Must Have; Minimum RequirementsTo be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile.Bachelors DegreeMinimum two years physician engagement experienceOr 0 years of experience with an advanced degreeNice to HaveMedical Device industry exxperienceMedtronic Cardiovascular product knowledgeStrong project management skills; organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects within tight timelinesProficiency in using various social media toolsFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. PR) locations (USD):$77,600.00 - $116,400.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
