In your role, you may work from the following Medtronic sites:• Mounds View, Minnesota• North Haven, Connecticut This role will require up to 50% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. The Senior Equipment Engineer supports the advancement of equipment reliability and maintenance excellence across manufacturing operations. This role contributes to the implementation of best practice standards for equipment performance and maintenance strategies while helping deploy elements of the Enterprise Maintenance Excellence (MEx) roadmap as part of the Medtronic Performance System (MPS), leveraging Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles. The position provides technical expertise to improve equipment uptime, support resolution of complex equipment issues, and assist in implementing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies that support a zero‑loss, zero‑downtime mindset.In addition, the Senior Equipment Engineer partners closely with manufacturing, maintenance, and process engineering teams to support management of equipment assets and reliability initiatives.
