As part of a growing function, you will contribute directly to improving customer experience and supporting business growth in a dynamic, forward looking environment.The position is part of the Virtual Engagement Solutions (VES) team based in Poland and operates within a collaborative, cross functional structure. You will work in a hybrid setup, partnering closely with Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Commercial Excellence teams, and reporting directly to the VES Lead Poland. The role focuses on remote engagement across assigned territories and customer accounts without regular field travel.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Drive remote sales activities to achieve or exceed targets within assigned geographic areas and customer accountsIdentify, develop, and convert sales opportunities while routing qualified leads to field teams where appropriatePromote and educate customers on Medtronic products and solutions to support informed decision‑makingCollaborate with field sales teams to coordinate product demonstrations and support sales executionManage customer interactions and resolve inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retentionUtilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools such as Salesforce and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP to track performance and maintain accurate dataRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a technical, medical, or business‑related fieldExperience in sales, customer service, or commercial support within a professional environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning)Strong remote communication and customer engagement skills with the ability to present solutions effectivelyAbility to manage priorities, track opportunities, and support end‑to‑end sales processesFluency in EnglishExperience in remote sales, key account support, or the medical device or healthcare industry, as well as knowledge of surgical products or procedures, would be considered an advantage but is not required. Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.   Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
