Alongside our customers around the world, Stryker impacts more than 100 million patients annually.The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded PLCM Planner to join our growing Supply Chain team, supporting product lifecycle planning across Australia.This is a senior planning role focused on how products are launched, managed and phased out across their lifecycle. You’ll work across Supply, Demand and Marketing to coordinate lifecycle planning activity, align stakeholders and ensure decisions are made with a clear view of inventory, demand and business impact.Rather than day-to-day execution, this role is about enabling and improving how planning happens - bringing structure, visibility and accountability to key lifecycle decisions that directly impact cost, inventory and product availability.What you’ll doCoordinate lifecycle planning across product launches, transitions and phase-outsFacilitate monthly planning forums to align Supply, Demand and Marketing inputsEnsure lifecycle plans reflect inventory positions, demand signals and business prioritiesSupport go-to-market readiness from a supply chain perspectivePartner cross-functionally to identify risks, gaps and opportunities across the portfolioContribute to improved planning processes across launch and phase-out activitiesUse data and insights to support planning decisions and stakeholder alignmentSupport integration into the broader business planning cadenceWhat you’ll bringRequirementsExperience in supply chain planning (supply, demand or inventory planning)Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across functionsExperience working with data to support planning decisions and influence outcomesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesMinimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or operationsPreferredExperience in healthcare, medical devices or a similar industryExposure to product lifecycle, go-to-market or new product introduction planningExperience working in cross-functional planning processes (e.g. IBP/S&OP)Experience using ERP systems and planning toolsAdvanced Excel and/or exposure to BI dashboardsWhat we offerCompetitive salary with access to employee benefits and performance-based bonusA role that directly influences product strategy, inventory outcomes and business performanceOngoing training, coaching and career development opportunitiesPaid parental leave, wellbeing and volunteer daysAccess to health, financial wellbeing and insurance programsIf you’re looking to step into a broader, more strategic planning role where you can influence how products are launched and managed across their lifecycle, apply today.Travel Percentage: None
