This role blends operational leadership with strong commercial influence, partnering across teams to deliver measurable growth, improve customer outcomes, and build a scalable, high-performing service model in a complex, cross-cultural environment.What you will doDrive service contract revenue growth and renewal ratesPartner with business unit leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Customer Experience, Quality, Legal, Supply Chain) to deliver aligned commercial and service outcomesLead field service and workshop operations across UK&I and Northern Europe, ensuring high performance across turnaround time, service levels, and loan equipment availabilityManage regional service structure including direct leadership of managers and distributor oversight in Ireland, ensuring consistent service delivery and capability developmentDefine and track operational and commercial performance metricsImprove service execution and customer experience performance by optimising processes across repair centres and field operationsBuild team capability through talent development, performance management, and resource planning, ensuring effective engagement and productivity across technical teamsWhat you will needRequired qualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in technical services, service operations, or customer operations leadershipMinimum 5 years of experience managing people, including leadership of field service or technical teamsDemonstrated experience managing profit and loss (P&L) and service-related financial performanceFluency in EnglishPreferred qualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or regulated service environmentMinimum 3 years of experience managing multi-country or regional operations across EuropeAdditional InformationLocation: UKI or Northern Europe (regional role; cross-cultural scope)Work arrangement: Hybrid / in-region roleTravel: Up to 25%People management responsibility: Yes (including regional teams and indirect/distributor management)Travel Percentage: 30%
