We put people first, celebrate diversity, drive innovation, and do good in the communities where we live and work.The Procurement Operations team manages all REQs, POs, purchasing documents, invoice reconciliation, program management, quarterly audits, supplier set ups, supplier maintenance, supplier approvals, supplier inactivations, as well as other expanding responsibilities. The team also helps to drive projects for continued efficiencies and partners with Workday on Workday (WoW) and Product teams to enhance, test, and uptake Workday functionality on an ongoing basis.You will be part of the Purchasing / Procurement Operations team, reporting to the Associate Manager, Procurement Operations, and working closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, Suppliers, and business stakeholders across Workday.About the RoleThe Procurement Analyst (P3) is primarily responsible for facilitating key operations of the end‑to‑end procurement of goods and services and for driving a high‑quality, consistent, and customer‑focused purchasing experience. You will serve as a primary point of contact for purchasing‑related activities, including reviewing purchase requisitions for completion and accuracy, managing approvals, issuing purchase orders, reconciling invoice discrepancies, and providing product training and support to internal customers.You will leverage your strong knowledge of the Source‑to‑Pay process, your familiarity with financial systems and tools, and your understanding of Workday Procurement and Financial functionality (as applicable to the role) to ensure that purchasing activities align with organizational goals, support SOX control requirements, and drive efficiency and value. In this role, you will use data and analytics to identify trends, monitor performance, and recommend improvements, while also contributing to cross‑functional projects and scalable future‑state solutions.This role has room for growth and scope expansion. A successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a global, fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer experience.ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for internal customers for all purchasing‑related queries, ensuring a positive, transparent customer experience with timely responses.Review purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, appropriate coding, budget alignment, and policy compliance; ensure proper approvals and process purchase orders in a timely manner.Apply strong knowledge of the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay process and related cross‑functional dependencies to manage purchasing activities and support stakeholders across regions, ensuring smooth operations and consistent service levels.Follow and help refine Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality, consistency, compliance, and strong SOX controls.Partner with Accounts Payable to investigate and reconcile invoice and receiving transaction discrepancies, leading issue resolution and root‑cause corrective actions.Own supplier‑related activities, including supplier set ups, maintenance, approvals, and inactivations, in alignment with Procurement Operations policies and controls.Use data and analytics to identify trends, measure process performance, and drive targeted improvements in cycle time, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.Leverage Workday Procurement and Financial functionality to support purchasing operations, provide feedback to WoW and Product teams on enhancements, and assist with testing and adoption of new functionality.Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and suppliers; assess training needs and help develop and deliver training on purchasing processes and tools while proactively resolving or escalating key issues and risks.Contribute to cross‑functional strategic projects and continuous process improvement initiatives, ensuring successful completion of recurring tasks and actively supporting team and organizational goals in line with Workday’s Core Values.About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in a Procurement Buyer, Purchasing Analyst, Procurement Operations, or closely related finance operations role.Demonstrated experience creating and managing purchase orders and supporting end‑to‑end purchasing processes.Experience working in a fast‑paced, highly transactional environment.Other QualificationsStrong understanding of Source‑to‑Pay processes and related cross‑functional dependencies (Finance, Accounts Payable, vendors, and business stakeholders).Familiarity with fi
