Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do *Serve as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all mission qualification and certification programs.Design and implement standardized Mission Qualification Training (MQT) frameworksDevelop governance processes for training compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.Lead training transformation initiatives to modernize legacy processes and align with evolving mission needs.Develop structured onboarding programs and advanced mission-focused technical courses.Author and maintain Job Qualification Standards (JQS), SOPs, training manuals, study guides, and reporting documentation.Establish formal evaluation and certification processes to assess readiness and mission proficiency.Provide regular performance metrics and readiness updates to Government customers and program leadership.Must gain operations certification within first 90 days of employment and maintain certification by working a minimum of 2 operations shifts per month (Pro-Shifts). Pro-shifts may be day or night based on program need. Pro-shift scheduling is at the discretion of the Operations Manager.Qualifications You Must Have *Active TS/SCI with CI PolygraphBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8 years prior experience in mission operations training, instructional development, or operational qualification programs10+ years supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or national-level government programsDemonstrated experience developing and managing:Job Qualification Standards (JQS)Mission Qualification Training (MQT)Training governance frameworksStrong executive-level written and verbal communication skillsQualifications We PreferExperience leading training transformation initiatives for large-scale mission programsBackground in 24/7 operational environmentsExperience coordinating across government, military, and multi-contractor teamsProven ability to brief senior government stakeholdersExperience developing technical reporting standards or operational doctrinePlease ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
