Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.Our Missions Systems Operations Technology team is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and innovative Ignition Developer and data analyst to join our team. This role will support and expand our Connected Factory, Factory Visuals, and digital initiatives across our aerospace & defense manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong cross-functional collaboration skills to lead Ignition development, deployment, and sustainment across Mission Systems.  Additionally, this person should have strong knowledge of data analysis to support customer analytics needs. In this role, you will build and sustain Ignition-based applications that provide real-time insights into production equipment, improve manufacturing efficiency, and support mission-critical traceability and compliance.This is a remote based position.  Proximity to our Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Rockford, IL, or Largo, Florida sites is a plus. This position has the potential to travel up to 20% of the time.What You Will Do Ignition Applications: Develop Ignition Perspective, dashboards, HMIs, analytics, and alarms for a variety of manufacturing and Operations-support needs. Build user-friendly stakeholder interfaces and visualizations that support production workflows. Support existing Ignition applications, troubleshoot and fix issues, and develop upgrades/enhancementsData Analytics: Provide data analytics support for our Operations stakeholders, including transforming applicable data sets into dashboards for self-service user analysis using Tableau and/or Power BI.
