Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations Senior Leader will be responsible for NPI strategic initiatives and leading a large team of professionals responsible for developing and executing standard work and influencing product design to drive predictability and repeatability into Operations. From a business perspective, the candidate will be required to assign, collaborate and communicate special projects, support NPI strategic and financial planning, and conduct training and career development sessions. The candidate should be highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and operate effectively with limited direction. Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while exhibiting innovation, transparency, diplomacy, and strong cross-functional collaboration.While this role supports a hybrid work arrangement, Richardson, TX is the preferred location due to proximity to the broader team.
