As part of the ATS team, you'll be instrumental in developing the next generation of Air Traffic Control RADAR Systems and supporting our existing fielded systems. Step into a role where your innovations will revolutionize air traffic control and make a lasting impact on aviation worldwide.What You Will Do:You will join a dynamic Systems Engineering team dedicated to modernizing Air Traffic Control RADAR systems in the National Airspace System (NAS) and internationally.You will drive innovation by developing creative solutions to customer challenges and crafting system and product-level requirements.You will play a key role in verifying these requirements by developing rigorous sell-off criteria, ensuring the highest standards of performance and safety.You will have a direct impact on modernizing and deploying Air Traffic Control RADAR systems across the US and internationally.You will develop solutions to modernize and integrate multiplatform air traffic systems that track commercial, military, and unmanned aircraft to meet the demands of the future.You can take flight to the next level of your career by becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and valued consultant to our Systems Engineering team.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experienceU.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
