Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required Security Clearance Status: Not RequiredJoin our team in Rockford, Illinois as a Principal Software Engineer working on the full life-cycle development of electric power distribution systems for aerospace applications. You will collaborate in a team environment, designing, implementing, testing, and certifying software (typically in C) to aerospace standards (DO-178B/C, DAL A–C).You will design, develop, and document control and diagnostic systems, perform timing, memory, and performance analyses, and actively support hardware and software product development. You’ll have the opportunity to shape best practices by participating in software councils and audits, while collaborating closely with equipment designers across disciplines.
