This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive the design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) capabilities. The position also supports integration with adjacent functional areas, including GTS, ATTP, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of SAP OTC processes, cross-functional integration, and experience working in an FDA-regulated, GxP-compliant environment with validated system requirements.If you want an exciting and rewarding career that is meaningful, consider joining our diverse team!Key ResponsibilitiesStrong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions across the full Order to Cash lifecycle.Providing solutions by actively collaborating with Finance (FI), Supply Chain, Quality, Trade Compliance, and External Systems teams to ensure end to end process integrity.Partner with business stakeholders to translate regulatory and business requirements into robust SAP solutions.Support integration requirements with upstream and downstream systems – related bolt-on as well as 3rd party tools.Part of the team that produces the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support the Order to Cash requirements globally.Accountable for delivery of projects on time and on budget, adhering to high-quality development principlesProviding Level 3 production support for SAP OTC, performing root cause analysis, and driving process standardization and automation while ensuring business continuity and compliance.Absorb new ideas and drive continuous improvement for operations and design of processes.Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers, IT Business partners, Business, and other key stakeholders to help with the smooth implementation of new applications/capabilities and technologies.Manage stakeholder communications for projects.Develops self and others through training and project work assignments. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.At least 5 to 7 years of experience implementing projects in SAP Order to Cash with full cycle SAP implementations.Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash Business Process with Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and DistributionIntegration knowledge of related SAP areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO), and Direct Procurement (PROC)Experience implementing SAP solutions and interfaces for Pharmaceutical industry, in FDA and GxP regulated environment is an advantageExposure to validated SAP environments, SAP Fiori, BTP/CPI integrations, and enterprise delivery models, with understanding of GTS/Trade compliance, Tax, e-invoicing, and Global distribution processesExperience with SAP RISE and an understanding of SAP AI capabilities would be an added advantage.Experience managing projects or components of large projects.Strong analytical, oral and written presentation skills with ability to manage stakeholders effectivelyAble to deal with ambiguity in problem definition and organizational relationships. Experience working in a matrix organization.Able to manage work across virtual teams.Demonstrates openness to learning new skills and helping others to raise their “technology quotient”Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team.
