We are seeking a Sales Representative, Respiratory, Japan to join our ROW Commercial Team, supporting our Japan region in a hybrid work mode. In this role, you will achieve sales objectives in respiratory while collaborating with our alliance partners and internal teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide. When & where:You will be responsible for the Hokkaido area.Your place of residence is expected to be either Sapporo or Asahikawa.Discover your role:Achieve sales objectives in respiratory for the assigned territoryDevelop and implement annual territory business plans based on market insightsManage territory budgets and expenses to optimize resource allocationUtilize key data sources to strategically develop action plansPerform all required administrative duties, including reporting and complianceAttend local, regional, and national meetings as directedYou work collaboratively with alliance partners to deliver objectivesYou adapt plans in response to changing market dynamics This role requires:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)Minimum five (5) years sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industrySuperior customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering valueExcellent technical aptitude and ability to conduct disease/concept sellingSuperb written, verbal, and presentation skillsExcellent planning and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and execute strategic plans under tight timelinesComputer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email softwareValid driver license and MR CertificationTherapy area knowledge (respiratory) and sales experience in biologics desirableUp-to-date clinical knowledge of therapy areas and competitor brands desirableEstablished Key Opinion Leader relationships within respiratory desirableFluency in English is a plus but not essential for this roleDoes this sound like you?
