Who You’ll Work WithYou will operate at the intersection of Supply Chain, Marketplace, and Consumer Experience—partnering closely with Global and Geo Operations, Logistics, Technology, Marketplace, Consumer Services, and external fulfillment and transportation partners.This role sits at the core of Nike’s ability to deliver on the Pre-Order promise—ensuring product moves seamlessly from factory to final consumer resolution, at speed and with precision.Who We Are Looking ForWe’re looking for a leader who thrives in complex, global environments and is energized by building new operating models. This individual understands end-to-end product flow and is motivated to redefine how Nike fulfills demand in a Pre-Order, demand-led future.The ideal candidate:Thinks in systems—connecting factory operations, transportation, fulfillment, and consumer experience into one seamless journeyBrings deep expertise in global logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain executionOperates with an ownership mindset—driving outcomes from production through final delivery and resolutionIs highly collaborative, influencing across internal teams and external partners without direct authorityCommunicates with clarity and urgency—translating operational complexity into actionable decisionsHas a constant bias toward innovation—challenging legacy processes and asking “what must be true” to go faster and serve betterWhat You’ll Work OnExecute the Pre-Order fulfillment strategy end-to-end, ensuring product moves from factory to global consumers with speed and reliabilityDevelop and scale global logistics and fulfillment partnerships, including warehouses, transportation providers, and 3PLsLead cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Technology, Vendors, and Consumer Services to ensure a premium, end-to-end consumer experienceStand up and scale innovative fulfillment programs that reduce total cost while improving speed and margin deliveryPartner with Global and Geo Tech teams to embed Pre-Order capabilities into Nike systemsServe as a cross-functional ambassador—educating teams on Pre-Order fulfillment models, value proposition, and consumer impactContinuously push the boundaries of consumer responsiveness—optimizing speed, volume, readiness, and global delivery capabilitiesOwn and drive end-to-end execution accountability, including exceptions, returns, and final consumer resolutionPush the boundaries of consumer responsiveness—driving innovation across speed, volume, readiness, and accessChampion a shift from traditional supply-led models to consumer-driven, demand-informed executionWhat You BringAt least 8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or global operationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and trainingProven experience leading end-to-end supply chain execution across global marketsStrong understanding of logistics networks, transportation, and fulfillment modelsExperience working with external partners (3PLs, carriers, vendors) at scaleAbility to translate operational complexity into clear, executable strategiesDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authorityExperience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action Passion for delivering premium consumer experiences through operational excellenceImpactThis role defines how Nike delivers on the Pre-Order promise—ensuring every order placed is fulfilled with speed, precision, and trust. By building a globally scalable fulfillment engine, this leader will transform Pre-Order into a seamless, reliable consumer experience and a durable competitive advantage.Position Location & ScheduleThis position is based at our incredibly beautiful worldwide campus headquarters location in Beaverton, Oregon.
