Who You’ll Work WithYou will work at the intersection of Sport, Marketplace, and Consumer Experience—partnering closely with Global and Geo Sport teams, Merchandising, GTM, Digital Product, Sales, and Marketplace partners.This role reports to the Senior Manager, Pre-Order Consumer Journey and supports the execution of Nike’s Pre-Order strategy across seasons and marketplaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring Pre-Order product to life—ensuring alignment from intent to launch.Who We Are Looking ForWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and consumer-focused operator who is energized by building & operationalizing new capabilities. This individual understands how product comes to market and is motivated to help deliver innovative buying experiences.The ideal candidate:Has strong curiosity for evolving commerce models, including Pre-Order and Made-to-OrderConnects the dots between product creation, merchandising, and marketplace executionExecutes with rigor—bringing structure, tracking, and follow-through to complex projectsWorks effectively across teams, building alignment and momentum without direct authorityCommunicates clearly, translating inputs into actionable plans and updatesWhat You’ll Work OnSupport and drive execution of the Pre-Order line plan across Sport, Season, Geo, and Marketplace, ensuring key deadlines and deliverables are metPartner with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to execute Pre-Order strategies across Global and Geo organizationsTrack and manage end-to-end GTM readiness, coordinating inputs across Sport, Merchandising, GTM, and Digital Product teamsAnalyze consumer and marketplace trends to support recommendations and inform planning decisionsTranslate strategy into clear execution plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholdersSupport education and enablement efforts for Pre-Order across Sport and GTM teamsIdentify opportunities to improve speed, readiness, and operational clarity within the Pre-Order process What You BringBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and trainingAt least 4 years of experience in merchandising, product, GTM, strategy, or marketplace within a consumer-first organizationExperience supporting cross-functional initiatives across multiple teamsUnderstanding of product creation cycles, merchandising, and marketplace dynamicsAbility to turn inputs and data into clear plans and actionsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environmentsComfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward actionPassion for sport, culture, and consumer experienceImpactThis role enables the execution of Nike’s Pre-Order offense—translating strategy into action and ensuring product is brought to market in a way that is aligned, timely, and consumer-right. Through strong execution and cross-functional partnership, this role helps scale Pre-Order as a consistent and reliable marketplace capability.Position Location & ScheduleThis position is based at our incredibly beautiful worldwide campus headquarters location in Beaverton, Oregon.
