Responsibilities include writing stories to define outcomes and product requirements as well as planning and managing product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlog while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. Finally, this role will focus on identifying key gaps in product features, capturing product requirements, and defining outcomes or objectives and key results (OKRs).Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & RoadmapDefine and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing measurement capabilities.Translate marketing business objectives into scalable product solutions and measurable outcomes.Prioritize opportunities based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and organizational goals.Develop business cases and success metrics for new measurement capabilities and enhancements.Drive adoption and utilization of measurement products across Marketing teams.Marketing Measurement Product OwnershipOwn products and capabilities supporting:Media measurement and performance analyticsMarketing attribution and transaction attributionIncrementality testing frameworksCustomer and audience measurementMarketing scorecards and KPI reportingCampaign performance measurementMarketing ROI and investment optimizationAudience activation measurementCross-channel performance analyticsProduct ExecutionCreate and manage product backlogs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Partner with Engineering and Data teams to deliver scalable data products and measurement capabilities.Ensure product solutions are designed with data quality, governance, privacy, and scalability in mind.Lead product discovery activities to identify user needs and validate solutions.Coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts and proactively remove blockers.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary liaison between Marketing business teams and technology partners.Facilitate alignment across Marketing, Martech, Analytics, Engineering, Privacy, and Data Science teams.Drive prioritization discussions and manage competing stakeholder demands.Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business outcomes to senior leadership.Translate technical concepts into business language and business requirements into actionable technical requirements.Measurement & Analytics EnablementPartner with analytics and data science teams to establish measurement methodologies and standards.Support attribution, MMM, experimentation, and incrementality initiatives through product capabilities.Ensure marketing stakeholders have access to trusted and actionable performance insights.Drive consistency across marketing KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing1 year of experience in product and/or experience management..Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery execution.Proven ability to manage products through the full product lifecycle.Preferred Skills/EducationMaster’s degree in business administration or similar advanced degreeProduct management experience, preferably within data, analytics, martech, adtech, or measurement domainsStrong understanding of data products and analytical platforms.Understanding of Marketing ROI measurementExperience working directly with senior business stakeholders.Benefits·       401k with up to 4.25% match·       Discounted Employee Stock Purchase Plan (15% discount of strike price)·       Tuition-Free Education·       10-week Maternity/Parental Leave·       10% Associate DiscountFor information about our benefit programs and eligibility, please visit https://talent.lowes.com/us/en/benefits.About Lowe’sLowe’s Companies, Inc.
