Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Business Partner will lead and support the dynamic talent needs of 10-11 Kraft Heinz manufacturing plants by diving in with our cross-functional partners, building trusting relationships based on preparedness, strategizing, flexibility, planning and delivering. Consistently showing up as a partner; guiding the team to anticipate needs, challenging the status quo and get us to where we are relevant and eventually ahead of the competition.
