Consistently showing up as a partner; guiding the team to anticipate needs, challenging the status quo and get us to where we are relevant and eventually ahead of the competition. Desire to be a neighbor, not just an employer with the goal of becoming the employer of choice within our communities.Primary Responsibilities/Why you’re excited about usHire for business-critical salaried roles within Kraft Heinz manufacturing North America plantsIn partnership with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Plant HR Partners, build attraction strategies to increase candidate flow; and deliver in an ever-changing candidate marketInitiate and drive creative methods to find underrepresented and untapped talentAct as a business owner and recruiting consultant by understanding the business of the plants you support, local market and trends, and inspire change by providing insightful market data that informs growth-oriented decisionsDevelop and maintain strong working partnership and communication with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to yield success, trust, and credibilityQualificationsBachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years in full life-cycle recruiting in a large, complex in-house recruiting team or recruiting agency; alternately, equivalent relevant business experience consideredUp to 25% required travel to assigned Kraft Heinz manufacturing plants to cultivate relationships within the community, plant, and attend events as neededCollaborative teammate who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment; handles competing demands while continuously optimizing outputResults oriented individual with a keen eye for talent and excellent judgment with drive and patience to manage change through fruitionQuestions status quo in a constructive manner; grows with change that improves resultsEffective business systems thinker with a solid understanding of business process knowledgeExcellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills; strong presentation skillsSuccess gaining trust and respect of senior level leaders; proven as a relationship-oriented performer who gains credibility at all levels of an organizationAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyExperienced knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting; motivated by proactive outreach, innovative sourcing, and talent community building across functional areasExtensive experience using recruitment tools platforms, including ATS, CRM, and social networking tools; experience with Workday, or an equivalent a plusOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
