Job Title: CBD Sr. Assistant – Coupang Beauty (B&W)Function: Customer Development (E-commerce)Department: Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W)Location: Seoul, South KoreaJob PurposeThe CBD Sr. Assistant supports the growth of the Coupang Beauty (B&W) business by executing sales plans, managing day-to-day account operations, and contributing to the delivery of GMV, profitability, and market share targets within the e-commerce channel.This role works closely with the CBD Manager to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies, while building strong collaboration with Coupang stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business ExecutionSupport the execution of sales plans for the Coupang Beauty business (1P/3P as applicable)Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning activitiesMonitor daily and weekly sales performance, identifying risks and opportunitiesSupport promotion planning, campaign execution, and deal optimization2. Account ManagementMaintain effective operational communication with Coupang buying and MD teamsEnsure accurate and timely management of product listings, pricing, and contentSupport new product launches (NPD) and online assortment expansionAssist in resolving operational issues (e.g., stock availability, logistics, vendor setup)3. Financial & Performance ManagementTrack key sales KPIs (GMV, NSV, margin, PPM, etc.) and provide regular updatesSupport budget management, including trade spend, promotions, and ROI trackingAssist in preparing business reports and performance dashboards4. Market & Category InsightsMonitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamicsProvide insights to improve category performance and conversion ratesSupport analysis of key growth drivers (traffic, conversion rate, basket size, etc.)5. Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and RGM teamsSupport alignment on stock availability, campaign readiness, and pricing strategiesEnsure smooth execution of integrated business plansQualifications & ExperienceEssential:2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, key account management, or sales (FMCG preferred)Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in Korean; working proficiency in EnglishPreferred:Experience managing Coupang or other major e-commerce platformsUnderstanding of key online business metrics (e.g., GMV, ROAS, conversion rates)Experience in Beauty or Personal Care categories is an advantageKey CompetenciesData-driven mindset with strong attention to detailStrong execution and ownershipAgile and quick learner in a fast-paced e-commerce environmentCollaborative and proactive problem-solving approachUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
