This role exists to drive the strategic direction of Unilever’s Dressings category in Greece by developing and executing insight-led brand plans that deliver short-term performance and long-term, sustainable growth. We invite you to be part of something bigger.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConsumer & Market InsightsDevelop a deep understanding of category performance, consumer behavior, shopper insights, and retailer strategies.Collaborate closely with Consumer & Market Insights and external research partners to inform decision-making.Strategic Planning & ExecutionContribute to the development and annual revision of the long-term category strategy.Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process: conduct brand analysis, define strategic priorities and craft the annual marketing plan.Brand ActivationDesign and implement launch/relaunch plans.Oversee media and promotional strategies, adapting to market dynamics and competitive landscape.Coordinate the local execution of regional/global initiatives (e.g., packaging, media).Performance Monitoring & InnovationTrack and evaluate the success of new product launches.Identify and validate new business opportunities through market analysis and business case development.Cross-Functional LeadershipAct as a key liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure seamless execution.Manage marketing budgets effectively and within agreed targets.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of experience in brand management or brand developmentProven experience in media planning and consumer activation (traditional and digital)Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and business acumenFluency in both English and GreekHigh proficiency in MS Office toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPostgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)Experience in sales or cross-functional commercial rolesDemonstrated ability to translate insights into impactful and innovative brand initiativesADDITIONAL INFORMATIONHybrid work and flexibility.Continuous learning and development opportunities.Competitive remuneration.Benefits: life insurance, meal vouchers.Contract: fixed-term maternity cover (12 months).Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
