Job Title: Oral & Deodorants Brand Manager – Cambodia & LaosLocation: CambodiaReporting To: Personal Care Cambodia & Laos Marketing LeadJob PurposeThe Oral & Deodorants Brand Manager is responsible for end-to-end brand management across Cambodia and Laos, driving business growth through strong brand strategy, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.This role owns brand P&L performance, leads innovation and campaigns, and ensures effective execution of marketing plans to deliver sustainable growth in the Personal Care category.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Brand ManagementOwn and manage full brand P&L, ensuring delivery of business targetsMonitor brand health and analyze consumer, retail, and market dataIdentify growth opportunities through continuous performance evaluation2. Brand Strategy & Campaign ExecutionLead development and execution of brand campaigns and innovationsPartner with external agencies to create impactful communication, activations, and deployment strategiesDrive integrated marketing initiatives to strengthen brand equity and market presence3. Planning & Budget ManagementDevelop annual brand plans aligned with business objectivesManage A&P budget and ensure effective allocation and ROIContinuously track and optimize marketing investment performance4. Insights & Market AnalysisConduct ongoing analysis of consumer, category, channel, and competitor dataTranslate insights into actionable strategies to improve brand performanceMonitor trends to identify risks and emerging opportunities5. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Lead S&OP processes including demand planning, activity planning, and performance trackingMonitor sales performance and provide actionable recommendations6. Innovation & Launch ManagementLead product launches, relaunches, and market development initiativesDevelop launch plans including customer sell-in, execution, and post-launch trackingEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsManage brand-related cost-saving initiatives7.
