This role ensures data integrity by driving systematic improvements that automate, streamline, and modernize reporting processes, data visualization, and business intelligence solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain highly complex, interactive dashboards and infographics using BI tools (primarily Power BI)Independently build advanced financial and operational reports, ensuring accuracy and usabilityDrive reporting efficiency through automation, standardization, and modernization initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance recurring reports and dashboardsLead end-to-end reporting lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validationDevelop innovative data visualization solutions to clearly communicate insights and support business decision-makingBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust through effective communication and delivery excellenceProvide high-quality, timely, and relevant reporting to support performance improvement initiativesMentor and cross-train junior consultants; support leadership in talent development and succession planningRequired Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting automation)Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (minimum 6 months experience)Experience with data visualization, reporting automation, and BI toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and lead initiatives in a cross-functional environmentPreferred / Nice-to-HaveWorking knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automationExperience in financial and/or operational reporting environmentsExperience with, or proactive experimentation in, applying AI tools (e.g., Copilot, agents) to improve process efficiency, reporting automation, and insight generationExperience3+ years of relevant experience (preferred)Equivalent ExperienceAn equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirementsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis role does not have direct supervisory responsibilitiesSkillsBusiness Intelligence (BI), Data Visualization, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Reporting, Structured Query Language (SQL)CompensationCompensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation. Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
