Specific activities may change from time to time.Posts job requisitions and supports basic candidate trackingSchedules interviews and coordinates logisticsMaintains candidate records and recruiting documentationResponds to routine candidate and hiring manager inquiriesSupports onboarding and pre-employment activitiesRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. High school diploma or equivalent2. 2+ years of administrative or HR support experiencePreferred Qualifications: 1. Coordinate high-volume campus recruiting logistics2. Partner with recruiters and program teams to support multiple early career programs simultaneously, maintaining organization across overlapping timelines and hiring cycles3. Assist in the execution of enterprise recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, onboarding) with a proven ability to manage logistics and deliver a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience4. Operate with a project management mindset taht demonstrates an ability to own processes end-to-end — driving organization, identifying gaps, and improving efficiency across a fast-moving area5. Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday, Phenom) and Microsoft Office suite of productsGeneral Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position. Truist offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates.
