Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.As Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) Engineer for Micron Taiwan (MTB), you will be providing failure analysis support for qualifications, customer returns, new device introduction, and general test failures.You will become the subject matter expert on physical failure analysis methods for any given electrical failure. As a Failure Analysis (FA) Engineer, you will be responsible for mastering all relevant analytical methodologies to identify visible defects related to assembly and test processes, as well as defects originating from upstream wafer fabrication.
