If you would like to work in a dynamic environment and possess the motivation to incorporate new ideas into practice, this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!What You Will Do:This role is responsible for customer service of Pratt & Whitney / International Aero Engines AG / Engine Alliance spare parts business for our critical and strategic customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Management and timely support of large, complex, & high-volume customersDevelop and maintain effective customer relationships through frequent communications (email, phone calls, customer in person visits)Daily use of advanced computer & data analytical skillsSignificant data entry & customer order management via SAP & related systemsManage all aspects of customer order management to fulfill customer requirements on timeDaily interface with other teams in the organization (Planning & Forecasting, Finance, Delivery Assurance, others as required)Identify and communicate/escalate critical part requirements for airline customers & shopsSupport general customer operational issues related to spare partsEngage with customers on a weekly basis in support of organizational sales goalsResponsible for key customer financial forecasting and executionSupport 24/7 AOG duty as needed on a limited basisUp to 10% travel to customer sitesOMP conference planning and execution supportQualifications You Must Have:Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include5+ years customer service experienceOrganizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasksExperience using SAP & related systems for high volume data entryExperience using advanced computer & data analytical skills including but not limited to EXCEL & SAPQualifications We Prefer:Experience collaborating in a team environment; and also be able to work independentlyExperience working in a fast paced and evolving industryorganizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasksAerospace / Aviation experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office proficiency including EXCEL & PowerPointLearn More and Apply:Please ensure the role type defined below is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
