Instead, we value learning agility, strong partnership skills and the ability to bring strategy into execution, who can balance short-term business results with long-term brand and consumer objectives.WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONLead Sport x Marketplace IntegrationMarketplace connection and representation on GC Sport Squad LTOwns Sport marketplace segmentation & differentiation. Influences account positioning (in partnership with Sales/ND)Share marketplace insights and updates back to Geo Sport squadsCompletes channel-specific analysis and makes recommendations to inform & influence Sport strategy and seasonal prioritiesDrive Commercial Results for SportCo-develops and drives Sport strategy across Marketplace, partnering with Geo Sport GMs, Sports LT & Sales/NDInforms & influences channel-based Sport growth outlook and seasonal/annual targets, partnering with Sales and ND, Geo Sport GMs, Finance, PlanningOwn sport forecasts and plans, channel-based performance and retail moments.Supports seasonal sell-in strategies; contributes to GTM planning and execution in support for SportDrives commercial alignment to deliver seasonal target, incl. Nike DirectInterfaces with relevant accounts in key GTM momentsInforms Sport allocations by channels and accountProvides x-functional leadership to drive a profitable pull market modelSupports in-season management by pulling levers to adjustment execution planShape the Future Marketplace for ACGExplore and support emerging business opportunities that accelerate ACG growthContribute to pilots, new channel initiatives and marketplace innovationsHelp identify scalable opportunities that strengthen ACG’s long-term marketplace positionWHO YOU’LL WORK WITHYou will partner cross-functionally with GC ACG squad and teams across Marketplace (Nike Direct and Sales), Finance, Planning, and Merchandising to drive marketplace strategy, commercial performance, and sustainable growth in close collaboration with GC ACG leadership team.WHAT YOU BRING* Strong commercial mindset and business acumen* Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver business results* Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships* Understanding of consumer, marketplace and retail dynamics* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced environment* Product acumen* Experience in sales, account management, retail, business development or project management is preferred* Outdoor experience and deep understanding of this industry is a plus
