You will apply regulatory expertise and judgment to ensure accurate, compliant labeling while partnering cross‑functionally to support business initiatives.What's on the menu?Independently ensure regulatory compliance of Kraft Heinz products, advertising, and promotional materials in accordance with FDA, USDA, and State requirements as well as internal standardsDevelop, interpret, and document nutrition and regulatory technical information for ingredients, formulas, and finished productsReview and approve label graphics and specifications for regulatory compliance and technical accuracyProvide regulatory and nutrition guidance on cross‑functional project teams to support informed business decisionsTrack, assess and document regulatory requirements, changes, and internal decisionsEvaluate and assess the impact of regulatory changes on existing and in‑development productsPartner proactively with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain to identify labeling risks and opportunitiesManage escalated consumer or regulatory inquiries and support corporate initiativesStay current on regulatory and nutrition trends and communicate business implicationsProvide leadership by serving on advanced Food Regulation and Strategy Teams to guide Kraft Heinz decisions and policySupport training, onboarding, or day‑to‑day guidance for AnalystsRecipe for Success - apply now if this sounds like you!I have years of experience in food labeling, regulatory compliance, or related functional areaI have working knowledge of FDA and/or USDA regulations, labeling systems, and specificationsI am able to interpret regulations and apply them to complex situationsI have strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsI have effective communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional partnersI am able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervisionI am willing to travel up to 5%We hope to find you a seat at our table!Our Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
